The Story

Bikers Gear Australia Forster Mens Motorcycle Lined with Kevlar Jeans Black

These stone wash denim jeans give the appearance your wearing a normal pair of denim jeans. No outer seems so they look normal on & off the bike. Straight out of the packet these jeans are per-washed with a soft touch, so you can slide in them with ease and go for a ride immediately.
 
All Bikers Gear Australia® products are manufactured exclusively by our own factory to ensure to the quality and grade of denim is kept to a premium so you can get years of wear from your trouser.
  • Knee Armour are adjustable according to your Inseam length
  • Airmax mesh comfort lined front and back (fixed to KEVLAR®)
  • Natural worn in look created manually by hand
  • No outer seem look & feel like normal jeans.
  • Kevlar lined front & back from waist to shin (We use 40% more coverage than other brands in the market which only use part Kevlar on side, knee and bum panels only.
  • High-quality heavy duty stitched denim is 14oz weight for extra durability.
  • Heavy-duty double stitching in the inner seam of the jeans to ensure the Kevlar® Protective Yarn lining will not move out of position.
  • Fully machine-washable/dryable they require no special maintenance.
  • High quality stitching & manufacturing process.

These jeans are lined with Genuine 100% DuPont Kevlar as well as having knee pocket inserts for CE armour to give you the best protection.

CE Level 1 Versus CE Level 2 Armour Impact Ratings

Where a lot of riders can get confused is how CE ratings for armour.

Impact armor for use in motorcycle garments must undergo its own set of tests to determine whether it is CE Level 1 or CE Level 2 certified.

CE Level 1 armor has the maximum transmitted force threshold of 35 kN as compared to CE Level 2 with a  higher level of protection in terms of impact absorption and it means the armor has been tested and verified for a maximum transmitted force below 20 kN.
